We build retaining walls right across Perth, with most of our work in the northern suburbs. The crew that quotes your job is the crew that builds it, and we're based in Heathridge, so most of the north is close by.

Same sand, different councils

The northern suburbs share the same ground: loose coastal sand over limestone. That's why every wall we build gets footings to solid ground, drainage behind it and backfill compacted in layers. What changes from suburb to suburb is the council. Joondalup, Duncraig, Ocean Reef and Kingsley are in the City of Joondalup. Balcatta, Carine, Osborne Park and Yokine are in the City of Stirling. Marangaroo, Girrawheen and Alexander Heights are in the City of Wanneroo. Each has its own rules for walls over 0.5 m and walls on the boundary, so we check with yours before booking the job.
